Important Information about your Initial Treatment

Once you have booked your appointment online and filled in the intake forms, the next step is to prepare for your appointment.  The initial session provides for a detailed history taking, a thorough assessment and time for treatment.  Near the end of the appointment, Craig will review his findings with you and suggest a treatment plan.

It is ideal to wear clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable such as track pants and a t-shirt, as some of the assessment tests require you to move around a bit.  You will be wearing the same clothing for the entire duration of your appointment.

Masks are no longer mandatory to be worn during the treatment session.  Please feel free to wear a mask during the treatment if you wish (please bring your own mask). Craig is willing to wear a mask at the request of the client.

There is room for you to park in the driveway.  Please park on the porch side of the driveway.  There is also street parking available.  Please take note of the signs that parking is allowed on only one side of the street.

Please come to the front door and ring the door bell only 2-3 minutes prior to your set appointment time (please stay in your car if you come early) and Craig will greet you.

At the end of the treatment, there is time for questions, taking payment (debit, e-transfer, cash), issuing of an invoice and an opportunity for booking future visits.
